Put Music on an iPod Using iTunes

The Apple ipod is a well-known MP3 unit that makes it possible for end users to consolidate their significant music collections to a single modest area. Music can be downloaded on the Net or imported from CDs and set on the ipod with iTunes, the ipod's complimentary application. Employing iTunes to include music to an ipod is an effortless approach.

Open iTunes on your laptop or computer and plug in your ipod. ITunes can be downloaded for free (see Assets).

To download music from iTunes, decide on "iTunes Keep" from the left-hand menu and lookup for albums or new music.

To import music from a CD, insert the CD into your personal computer and then highlight it in the left-hand menu of iTunes. The moment the CD is highlighted, pick "Import CD" from the bottom appropriate-hand corner of the display screen.

Audio that have been downloaded or imported will look in the iTunes library. Highlight the music you want on the ipod and drag them to the ipod icon in the menu. The new music will be copied to the ipod.
